Programs are implemented over 14 weeks. Why 14 weeks? Because the end goal of your program is to help you establish new habits and new behaviors that continue to service your health for the rest of your life. Social studies show that it takes about 3 months to make a new behavior change a habit. Since most chronic diseases are caused by poor diet and lifestyle, improving these and implementing new habits is thus a remedy. Our First Line Therapy team helps you do that!

Your 14-week program includes:

  • A comprehensive 1-hour initial visit with Dr. Duncan and 2 follow up 30-minute visits

  • 3 body composition tests

  • A "starter kit" which includes a patient guide book, cookbook, diet diary, dining out guide, a shaker cup and exercise bands

  • Personalized therapeutic lifestyle plan

  • 6 Lifestyle Educator sessions (one hour)

  • Comprehensive lab work (initial and follow up at the end of the program. Prices will vary based on labs ordered)

  • Personalized targeted nutrition (prices will vary based on individual needs)
